LHS Meeting 30 March 2020 – cancelled
Attentive readers may have noticed, on the Parish Diary page of the March 2020 Parish Magazine, that we were planning to hold a meeting of the Local History Society on Monday 30 March in the Pavilion.
We regret that, for the health and safety of our members, and in response to government advice on social distancing during the Covid-19 crisis, we have cancelled this meeting.
Much of the activity of the Society occurs between meetings. Searching online archives and documenting findings can continue. We will be happy to receive articles for publication and sharing on this website. Some are in the pipeline already.
